Misiones Coffee Farm, located in the mountains south of Bogotá, is a 100-year-old Colombian estate producing high-quality coffee. Originally transported by mules to river ports for export, it still uses historic Scottish machinery, now part of a coffee museum. The farm focuses on meticulous processing — hand-picking, mountain water washing, and experimenting with fermentation methods (anaerobic, honey, carbonic). Beans are sun-dried, compost is made from cherry waste, and only the best beans are shipped.
