How It All Began

"SNACK! COFFEE ROASTERS" was founded in the late 2019 by Georgi Harizanov, who discovered the world of specialty coffee years ago while traveling the world.

Before starting his own roasting business, he worked as a roaster for various European roasteries, where he gained all the knowledge and experience he needed for seting up his own company.

Our First Coffee Roaster

A New Beginning

Аs the business started to take off, using a small rented roaster in a small facility was not feasable any more. So, around 2021 a decision has been made:

A new bigger space was rented and the heart of the roastery has been ordered:
An used 6kg Probat roaster made in Germany. The bigger space allowed for more green coffees to be offered, stored in a specially made temperature & humidity controlled room.

During that time a "Snack" coffee shop has been established offering the whole selection of beans to end customers.

In 2024, we took a bold step forward — moving to an even bigger space to meet your love for our coffee.

We invested in a new 15kg state-of-the-art, eco-friendly roaster, allowing us to craft even richer, more nuanced flavors while reducing our environmental footprint. Paired with a cutting-edge packaging line, we now ensure every bean stays fresher, longer—because you deserve nothing less than perfection in every cup.

Yet some things never change: our dedication to ethically sourced beans, small-batch craftsmanship, and the relentless pursuit of the perfect roast.

Our beans are selected according to a few essential criterias:
